He has never been the subject of a bankruptcy petition. Other Business Activities Noel Murphy is not engaged in any other business activities apart from his responsibilities at Sonoma West Advisors. Additional Compensation Noel Murphy receives compensation from providing advisory services solely from his responsibilities at Sonoma West Advisors. He is currently a volunteer firefighter & EMR for Sonoma County Fire District. He has and will receive a non-material amount of compensation for performance of specific fire & rescue duties. Supervision Noel Murphy, as the sole advisor to Sonoma West Advisors is responsible for all supervision and compliance functions for the firm.
