Lane & Associates (DCLA) is a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of Focus Financial Partners, LLC, having joined Focus on January 1, 2016; investment vehicles affiliated with Clayton, Dubilier & Rice and Stone Point Capital indirectly acquired Focus on August 31, 2023, and are therefore indirect owners of DCLA. The firm directly selects individual equity and fixed income securities for client portfolios using proprietary fundamental research rather than outsourcing to external money managers.
