Maslow Wealth Advisors began conducting business in 2001 and was formerly known as Durbin Bennett Peterson Private Wealth Management. The firm builds globally diversified portfolios using a passive core with active satellite positions, implemented mainly through mutual funds and ETFs and supplemented by separate accounts, hedge funds, private equity, and other private funds for suitable clients. Note that when third-party or independent managers are used, their fees are charged in addition to Maslow's advisory fee. Maslow also serves as sub-adviser to insurance-dedicated funds and a private lending feeder fund available to its clients, on which it charges no separate client fee.
