In business since 1992, SFMG Wealth Advisors combines financial planning with investment management for individuals and families. Its investment committee makes tactical allocation changes across public securities and alternative investments, including private equity, private credit, and real estate. Outside sub-advisers can add management fees. SFMG also earns a separate fee for managing cash within a private fund it recommends, in addition to its advisory fee on clients’ fund investments.
